How can I place an order?

Once you have added all your desired items to your shopping cart, follow these instructions:

  1. Click on the ‘Shopping Bag’ button and proceed to Checkout
  2. Enter all your required shipping and billing information
  3. Click on ‘’Continue to Payment Method’ and choose your method
  4. Click on ‘Confirm Order’ and check your email for a Sales Order Summary

Now you are all set to receive your order at the prescribed period.

What if I don’t get a Sales Order Summary?

Within an hour of placing your order, a Sales Order Summary, which is effectively a soft receipt, should be delivered to you via email. Check your junk/spam folder if you don't receive one in your email, and if it still isn't there, call customer service at +92 3331133812 to confirm your order.

What if I found any discrepancy in my order/product?

First of all, you are requested to share all proof with a receipt with us over social media DM or email within 24 hours. Once done, we will look into the matter and may exchange the article while bearing all the costs involved.

For the Bridal and Customized Formal range - there is no exchange no return policy - except for exceptions.

Can I reserve an item by adding it to the shopping cart?

No, it can only be reserved for you once the order has been confirmed at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes, a tracking id and link will be shared with you via email once the order is dispatched. You can then follow it from the courier service provider's website.

What different order statuses can I face?

Payment Pending Authorization: We have logged your order and are awaiting payment gateway authorization.

Payment Authorised, Order Processing: Your order is now being processed after the payment gateway granted authorization.

Order Shipped: Your has been sent your order out for delivery.

Order fulfilled: Delivery has been made, and the transaction is finalized.

Cancellation of Order: The order was cancelled.

Can I add items or make changes to an existing order?

Once an order has been processed, it is regrettably not feasible to combine orders or add goods to an existing order.

Do you take orders over a phone call or through messengers?

Yes, you can place your order by calling us at Call: +92 333 1133812 and messenger too, Please ensure to provide the article number, colour and size of the product you wish to purchase for READY TO WEAR.

For the Bridal and Customized Formals range, you are requested to provide all the necessary details over call or message.

Do I have to pay in advance?

For Bridals and Customized Formal Collection, you have to pay 25-35% of the total amount payable in advance. This is an assurance of your order plus our skilled workers can then start working at the adda with the customized material and customized design.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Make sure the payment information you have provided is valid so there is no chance of a payment failure. If a payment fails and your account has been debited, it will typically be credited to your bank account within 7 business days.

How should I measure/choose my size?

Every product is sold in a variety of sizes. Therefore, we have given a separate size chart under each design, which you can easily access on the page for each product, to make shopping easier.

For customized orders, you will be guided by our representatives so you can correctly measure and send the measurements over.

Is there any physical store?

Yes, we are currently located at; shop 38, 39 cantt shopping centre, Hyderabad. You can visit our offline store between 1:00 pm - 11:00 pm
